Week 2 Done! by Ed

Stepped on the scale this morning…
322.8, which brings me up to 17.2 lbs. lost in two weeks!   Hopefully things will keep going this fast!   I’ve also been doing the Wii Fit just about every day, so I’m sure that’s helping as well.

Nutrisystem Lasagne with Meat Sauce

1/2 green beans
1/4 whole pumpkin seeds

New Diet by Ed

So, in order to work on my goal of losing 50 lbs., I have started on a new diet today.  Brandy and I are trying the Nutrisystem diet.  I’m hoping that it will enable me to lose the weight that I need.
For Breakfast, I’m having:

Nutrisystem Apple Strudel Bar
Yoplait Low-fat Yogurt
3/4 cup Blueberries

By January 1, 2010, (wow, sounds so long from now , I would like to have these goals completed:

Lose 50 lbs.
Be able to ski blue runs
Finish and release the music site that I have been working on for years and years
Try (several times) 12 new foods
Blog my progress
