So, a couple of months ago, we decided that we wanted to move to Denver — something that I have wanted to do for like 10 years, but haven't had the chance. I went into my boss' office and told him, and he was totally cool with it. So we then put the house up on the market. 4 days later, bam! we had an offer. Then last weekend we went out to Denver to look for a house. After 3 grueling days, we found the house that we wanted. Today, we put in an offer, 20k less than the asking price. Bam, they accepted it, without a counter-offer (very suprising) Tonight we went to see Madonna at the SJ Arena (HP Pavillion now I guess) – Bam! um, well, it was cool I guess, but had to keep the flow going

ETA of moving day… 3 weeks on the dot – June 21st.
